For maximum freshness, we recommend consumption as soon as possible once you accept delivery.
You can use this peppery and spongy mushroom on almost any dish you can imagine.
Keep refrigerated in a paper (not plastic) bag for a maximum shelf life of 10 days. Alternatively, you can sauté in butter and freeze them (which preserves the most flavour).
